Journal of Greco-Roman Christianity and Judaism
(No longer on-line, June 2003)
New journal with a broad scope, "for the study of the texts, languages and cultures of the Greco-Roman world of early Christianity and Judaism". The journal is based at the Centre for Advanced Theological Research, University of Surrey Roehampton, in association with Sheffield Academic Press. The current volume appears solely on the web, with articles added monthly. The plan is then to publish each volume in print form at the end of the year, and to remove it from the web.

Lectio Difficilior
The new European Electronic Journal for Feminist Exegesis. Editors are Silvia Schroer (Bern) and Caroline Vander Stichele (Amsterdam). It has a user-friendly lay-out and the web site is available in German, French and English. Current articles of interest to New Testament Scholars include:

Greek Grammar on the Web
By Mark Huys of the Catholic University, Leuven, Belgium: this is an excellent review page providing detailed comments on and reviews of many of the resources listed on the Greek New Testament Gateway and more. The page has an easy-to-remember URL at greekgrammar.com and is divided into sections on Fonts; Introductory Courses; Dictionaries and Lexica; Morphology and Syntax; History of the Greek Language, Advanced Study, the Reading of Ancient Greek Texts, and Other Online Surveys and Bibliographies.

DACL Bible Library
By D. Allen: comprehensive list of thousands of on-line Bible versions and translations in many different languages. Very useful if you are looking for a Bible translation in a particular language. The site also features a useful index of Early Church Documents from sites like CCEL and NACW. This directory is one of the latest additions to the Bible Translations and Editions page.
