Flavius Josephus - josephus.yorku.ca
First class web site designed by Annette Yoshiko Reed and managed by Steve Mason in conjunction with the Brill Josephus Project and the SBL Josephus Seminar. Features information about the project, links to relevant resources, full text reproductions of papers for the SBL Josephus Seminar and more. This is the latest addition to the Judaica page.

The Search For Jesus
A Beliefnet site in association with an American television programme "Peter Jennings Reporting", which aired on June 26 2000. The site provides some useful overview materials and articles from (mainly American) scholars (John Dominic Crossan, Marcus Borg, Robert Funk, Paula Fredriksen, Marvin Meyer, Luke Johnson, N. T. Wright) including lots of bite-size quotations. A particularly useful site for the student beginning study of the Historical Jesus, or for the interested enquirer. You can watch excerpts from the programme in a web version of Search for Jesus at ABCNews.com's site. This is one of the latest additions to the Historical Jesus page.

Images of Jesus Through Two Millennia
By Stephen Cook: this nicely illustrated tour through some key representations of Jesus of the last two thousand years is the latest addition to the Art and Images page. Stephen Cook is assistant professor of art at Mississippi College in Clinton, U.S.A. This article appears on the Beliefnet site and is apparently reproduced from Faithworks.com.
