The Interactive Bible
By Prof. David Landry of the University of St Thomas, Minnesota, U.S.A.: a first class new series of interactive, multimedia computer lessons on selected biblical texts, from both the Hebrew Bible and the New Testament. Each lesson familiarises the student with critical issues arising from the Biblical text, often in interaction with representations of the passages in art. This is the kind of resource that many will find useful as a teaching and learning tool -- strongly recommended.

WebNexus (New URL, May 2002)
By Loren T. Stuckenbruck & Jerry D. Truex: this excellent directory is the latest addition to the General Resources page. It has eighteen pages providing a well-organised, user-friendly index of annotated links for scholars and students of Early Judaism and Christianity. Also included are some useful links to libraries, publishers and general search engines. This is a well designed and very useful new resource.

Frontline: Apocalypse!
The latest addition to the Revelation page is this fine, professional web site from the American PBS television company, designed to accompany the programme of the same name. Features extensive materials on Revelation including an article by Michael White, interviews with scholars (Paula Fredriksen, James Tabor, Adela Yarbro Collins, John Collins etc.), video clips and more. Like the similar site from PBS, From Jesus to Christ, this site is strongly recommended.

Historical Jesus Materials & Methodology
A special seminar with John Dominic Crossan opening on February 11 and running until March 3. This seminar is sponsored by Xtalk, the academic E-List for the discussion of the Historical Jesus and Christian Origins. Follow the link above for full details and subscription information.
