Eliezer Segal's Home Page
An award-winning resource for the study of post-Biblical Judaism by Eliezer Segal of the University of Calgary, Canada, a newly added link on my Judaica page. This is a terrific resource. A Page of Talmud is particularly recommended; it features a fine introduction to The Mishnah.
Vernon K. Robbins' Web Page [URL change May 2000]
This is one of the latest additions to my New Testament Scholars on the Web resource. The page is not maintained by Robbins but is a fine resource of information on his career and publications, featuring reproductions of some key articles, including his recent SBL paper on
Enthymemic Texture in the Gospel of Thomas. If you have to pay for dial-up time, be warned that the papers are not easy to download quickly because they are divided up into small sections.
Resources for the Study of Christian Origins
Justin Meggitt is British Academy Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge. His re-titled and re-structured homepage, the latest addition to my General Resources, provides a valuable, annotated compendium of links on Christian origins and related topics.
