Have added a link to the BL site and slightly re-organised the ‘images‘ page.

“The Digitised Manuscripts web pages give access to fully digitised manuscripts held at the British Library, with their descriptions.” There is a useful detailed list (in four parts) of the Biblical manuscripts in this digital collection on the Evangelical Textual Criticism blog: part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4.

I have added a link to the European Association of Biblical Studies on the Societies page, with thanks to Jim West for the link.

I have made changes to the Luke, John, and Paul pages to provide links to the Yale Bible Study series on Luke, John, Romans and 1 Corinthians. In each case, YBS offers eight half-hour videos of conversations between Harold Attridge and David Bartlett.

I have added a link and embedded video to Dale Martin’s introductory lecture on the Gospel of Thomas on the Non-canonical Gospels Audio and Video page.

As regular users of the NT Gateway will know, we have been updating the site by introducing lots of guidance for new students. This work will be continuing as we hope to make the site ever more useful for new users. But in checking up the site today, I noticed that the general page on Introduction and Learning resources was looking very long in the tooth, with several dead links. I have now refreshed the page and updated or deleted broken links. I’ll introduce more materials there in due course.

Ekaterini G. Tsalampouni notes that Vandenhock & Ruprecht, one of the traditional German theological publishers, are publishing a new Journal, namely the Journal of Ancient Judaism. Nothing for NT studies in the first issue, but it may be worth watching. It is not likely to go open access, of course. Still, the first issue is currently available for free downloading.
